LAS VEGAS HILTON NOW OFFERS ‘UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL’ SEATS FOR BARRY MANILOW’S LONG-TERM ENGAGEMENT BEGINNING FEBRUARY 23

STAGE SEATS, SAME LEVEL AS THE STAGE, OFFERS INTIMATE LOOK AT SUPERSTAR

LAS VEGAS—The Las Vegas Hilton is now offering an intimate evening with Barry Manilow when he premieres his long-term engagement, “MusicAndPassion” beginning February 23, 2005, with the sale of special stage seat tickets. The seats are up close and personal with 30 located on each side of the stage and at the same level.

“These special seats will offer an unforgettable ‘up-close-and-personal’ experience to fans of Barry Manilow,” said Ira David Sternberg, vice president of communications. “There are some surprises planned for the area where these seats are located.” Special stage seat tickets are priced at $225 (plus tax and service charge).

Manilow begins a long-term engagement with the Las Vegas Hilton after more than three decades of performing and a career that has produced more than 50 albums, Manilow has signed on to perform for crowds with 5 shows a week for 24 weeks throughout 2005 and into 2006.

Manilow just completed his final road tour “One Night Live! One Last Time!”, selling out venues in 22 cities in which he performed for 250,000 fans and promoted his latest album “SCORES-Songs from Copacabana and Harmony.” Said Manilow, “I’ve spent the last three months telling audiences that since I wouldn’t be touring again, the only way to see me is if you come to my home! Well, I’ve got a new home...The Las Vegas Hilton! Las Vegas is now the home to a large number of talented performers and I feel lucky to be joining the group.”
